 The project of Cao Shang road from the west to Daming Road, east to Wuxi. The total length is 9.48 kilometers. It is a main trunk line connecting Wuxi with Changzhou's open area. Because the asphalt paving engineering capacity, tight schedule, the task is heavy, the road branch prior to commencement of construction, do a lot of preparatory work: first, asphalt paving staff held a number of technical and safety briefing meetings before construction, detailed disclosure of technical difficulties and key points of the construction process, and a detailed plan. Secondly, we prepared sufficient raw materials for asphalt, and bought a large amount of stone in advance in the case of stone material shortage. At the same time, we and the subgrade construction units to do good communication before doing good, do a section, we will be in time to spread the asphalt spread (such as map).

During the asphalt paving process, we have participated in the construction of three asphalt pavers, namely, ABG-8860, ABG-7860 and ABG-7520, 4 steel roller, 3 rubber roller and a large water truck. From the asphalt factory of each car to the paving construction of the construction site, we arrange the staff to control the quality in each process. At the same time, we should plan well the transportation route of the asphalt transporter, and let the asphalt be transported to the construction site in the shortest time after leaving the warehouse, so as to ensure the temperature of the asphalt paving. In the process of spreading, the ironing plate of the paver is heated reasonably, so that the paver start time is slippery and smooth. In the rolling stage, we should strictly distinguish the initial pressure area, the recompression zone and the final pressure area, so as to achieve compact process and timely rolling, so that the asphalt in time can be paving, and timely roll forming. At the same time, the finished product protection of the formed asphalt can be done to prevent the asphalt product from being contaminated for the two time.
Under the care and support of leaders at all levels, through continuous efforts and improvements, we successfully completed the asphalt underlayer test section paving, and made a good start for the construction of asphalt pavement.
