In order to ensure the health of the employees during the summer construction, the Second Bid Project Department of the Southern District of the Bell Tower Economic Development Zone (Beigang Street) has actively done a good job in the work of preventing and cooling the heat, and issued the heat-proof articles.
On the project site, the front-line construction personnel of the project department are working in a tense and orderly manner under the scorching sun. Under the circumstance of ensuring the implementation of various safety measures, the project department shall arrange scientifically, manage as a whole, do a good job of labor protection, heat prevention and cooling, arrange construction time reasonably, and ensure the physical and mental health of the construction personnel in summer.
At the same time, in order to ensure the quality and progress requirements of the owners, in the hot weather for several days, the project department has formulated the following measures: 1. Reasonably arrange working hours, avoid high-temperature period, when the outdoor temperature reaches 35 degrees Celsius above, the project department adjusts the working hours, 6:30-10:30 in the morning, 4:00 in the afternoon -7:00, rotate jobs at the same time, shorten the operation time. 2. To strengthen personal protection, the project department requires high-temperature workers to wear work clothes with low thermal conductivity and good air permeability, and to wear face masks, working caps, protective glasses and gloves according to different operation requirements. 3. Provide anti-heat and cooling articles and medicines. The project department provides the operators with cool beverages for anti-heat, such as chrysanthemum tea, mineral water, salt soda water, etc. and provides anti-heat and cooling medicines such as aeolian essence, Huoxiang Zhengqi water, ten drops of water and Rendan. The project department installs the air conditioner for the container to ensure that the operator has enough sleep and rest.
In addition to the above measures, the project department has also formulated a high temperature heat stroke emergency treatment measures: 1, workers appear heat stroke omen: temporarily leave the high temperature on-site rest, and to be closely observed. 2. Mild heatstroke occurred in the staff: quickly leave the high-temperature scene, to the ventilated and cool place to rest, supplement with salt drinks and symptomatic treatment. 3. Workers have severe heat stroke: quickly out of the high-temperature scene, its physical cooling, and take anti-heat drugs, symptomatic treatment. |
