In 2018, with the care and support of leaders and functional departments at all levels of the head office and the efforts of all employees, the Fourth Branch has made certain achievements in accordance with the work deployment of the annual economic responsibility system. The target of undertaking tasks in the economic responsibility system is 125 million yuan. Up to now, the winning output value of the branch is 369.397 million yuan, and the main winning project is the fourth phase of the Jiangbian Sewage Treatment Plant. The project, the Yangtze River Road Recycled Water Project and the sporadic projects have overfulfilled the annual task.
In the economic responsibility system, the target output value is 125 million yuan, and by the end of October, the output value of the branch company is about 103 million yuan. The branch has defined the tasks for the past two months, and the project departments will spare no effort to achieve more output value and narrow the gap with the target.
In this year, Qishuyan Sewage Treatment Plant Phase III, which was constructed by the Fourth Branch, was awarded the Yangtze Cup Quality Project in Jiangsu Province. The QC Group of Weicun Waterworks Advanced Treatment and Reconstruction Project won the first prize of the National Municipal Excellent Quality Management Group in 2018.
The fourth phase of the Jiangbian Sewage Treatment Plant, which was built this year, won a bid price of 260 million yuan. At the beginning of the project, the goal of creating "Luban Award" for Chinese architecture was formulated. Creating "Luban Award" project is a complex system engineering. The quality control and management level of the project construction is the most important part of process control, and also the main embodiment of quality engineering (as shown in the figure). Combining with the requirements of selecting the Luban Award Project and the characteristics of the project, the branch formulated the plan for creating excellent results at the beginning of the project, and hired relevant industry experts to provide excellent consultants for the project, to guide the project, and managers at all levels of the company took part in the whole process of creating excellent results to ensure the realization of the objectives at all stages, so as to ultimately achieve the overall goal.
So far, the project has completed the pre-declaration procedures of the "Luban Award" project, the pre-declaration procedures of the national green demonstration project, and the application procedures of the standardized star-rated construction sites in Jiangsu Province. Next year, we will face the selection of stage-wise excellent projects. The fourth branch is fully capable, confident and more determined to turn the project into a model municipal project in Changzhou City, which truly embodies the management policy of "scientific management, continuous improvement, satisfying the owners, abiding by discipline and law, putting people first and reaching the advanced level of the industry". |
