Technical Innovation and Fine Construction

 Reviewing the work content of 2018, under the guidance and support of the company's leadership and functional departments, the First Branch has made some progress in QC team achievements, quality engineering and civilized site evaluation, and large-scale project management through the joint efforts of the team. The following review is made:

I. Outcomes of QC Group
Based on the project of Feilong West Road, the QC team of Huangliangbang took Comrade Chen Dong as the main task to compile the topic "Improving the Qualification Rate of Construction Quality of Drainage Facilities Belt", which won the second prize and the second prize of Jiangsu Province.
2. Evaluation and comparison of high-quality projects and civilized construction sites
Two projects, Tongzi Henan Road Project and Qinye North Road Bridge Project, completed in 2017, were appraised as Changzhou High Quality Demonstration Project in 2018.
The Lushu Road Extension Project completed in early 2018 and the Feilong West Road West Extension Phase I Project were appraised as "Changzhou Civilized Construction Site" in 2018.
III. Project Management
The W-type pier of the lower structure of Xinggang Bridge is rare in the whole country. It is difficult to construct because of its complex structure, huge volume and self-compacting concrete. The project department fears difficulties, actively studies and deeply optimizes the construction scheme, uses the Bailey sheet as the formwork reinforcement bracket, makes full use of the characteristics of the Bailey sheet, such as high stiffness, not easy to deform, fast and flexible assembly, overcomes a series of difficulties and successfully completes the construction task, thus resolving the strength, stiffness and stability of the formwork and the support. So far, the project department has already solved the problems of the strength, stiffness and stability of the formwork The template reinforcement method has been applied for national patent.
The three-tender section of the airport road rapid transformation project is the first viaduct project of our company and the first key project of Changzhou City in 2018-2019 besides the metro project (as shown in the figure). The project has the characteristics of long route, large volume, high difficulty, many external factors (ground and underground high-voltage cable, 1.2m diameter water supply pipe, medium-pressure gas pipe crisscross), and high requirements for scientific management of construction organization. With the concern of leaders at all levels, the project department quickly adjusted its thinking and did not fear difficulties. On the basis of existing technicians, a group of young technicians were quickly trained by means of passing, helping, leading and signing master-apprentice agreements, so that they could adapt to the rhythm of overhead construction and technical management work in a relatively short time. Although it is the first time to construct an elevated project, the Ministry of Airport Road Elevated Project 3 has received unanimous praise from the representatives of the Municipal Construction Management Center and Party A in terms of safety, civilization, quality and progress management. In September 2018, when inspected by the Municipal Construction Bureau's Urban Construction Office, it ranked first in the city's construction of municipal projects.
