Since summer, the construction site is undergoing the "baking" test. In the hot summer, the construction workers of the structural branch company carried out the enclosure manufacture and installation in the riverside sewage plant site under the scorching sun. At the same time, the construction of Jiaoxi pipeline project began to enter the right track. Although the pipeline of more than 100 meters is not long, it has condensed the hard sweat of the construction personnel of the structural branch company.
In order to further guarantee the occupational health and safety of front-line workers in high temperature weather and to prevent accidents in production safety, the structural branch has taken the following measures for summer construction:
1. Raise awareness and attach great importance to the work of safe production in high temperature season. Construction in high temperature season is easy to cause heat stroke among front-line workers, and is also a frequent period of safety accidents such as falling and electric shock at high altitudes. For this reason, we regard safe production in high temperature season as an important task at present, strengthen guidance, fulfill responsibility, take effective preventive measures to prevent all kinds of unsafe accidents caused by high temperature weather. The branch company is mainly responsible for comrades'going deep into the construction site, visiting and directing, consoling front-line workers, and supervising and implementing various preventive measures in place.
2. Inspecting the scene and improving the working and living environment of front-line personnel. The project department actively does a good job in the work of heat prevention, cooling and drinking water hygiene for the workers on the construction site: first, make reasonable construction plan and arrange working time scientifically; second, adjust working shifts and working time appropriately. When the temperature is above 35 degrees C, it is forbidden to work in the open air during the high temperature period in the afternoon, and adopt "do two ends, rest in the middle". ” The third is to equip the construction site with heat-proof facilities, protective articles and medicines to supply cool drinks such as herbal tea; the fourth is to improve the ventilation conditions in the working and living areas to ensure that temporary facilities such as dormitories, canteens, toilets and showers meet the needs of heat-proof and cooling.
3. Strengthen inspection and inspection to eliminate hidden dangers of safe production in high temperature season. In view of the characteristics of easy fatigue and heatstroke of construction workers in summer, we strictly implement various rules and regulations, such as the responsibility system for safety production, and actively carry out self-checking and self-correction of construction safety and hidden danger investigation in high temperature season.
4. According to the characteristics of summer construction, the project department formulates corresponding emergency disposal plans, completes emergency response work, timely forwards relevant high-temperature early warning information issued by meteorological departments, and implements various preventive measures to ensure safe production and construction in high-temperature season. |
