In order to enhance the quality and technical management as well as project contract management level of the management personnel of the group company, in accordance with the requirements of the group leadership, the Group General Engineering Office, General Contracting Management Center, and Engineering Management Center successfully held a joint training activity on July 20th in the conference room on the 4th floor of Building 3 of the group company, attended by project managers and project engineering and technical personnel from various branch companies.
At the meeting, Comrade Liu Chunda, the supervisor of the Engineering Management Center, first gave a lecture on "Analysis of Common Leakage Causes and Quality Control Measures for Hydraulic Structures", and provided effective guidance on how to improve the construction quality of hydraulic structure concrete and prevent leakage in the pool body; Subsequently, Zhang Junyan, the supervisor of the general contracting management center, promoted the "Knowledge of Contract Signing Risks" and provided detailed explanations on various risk factors in contract signing and how to avoid contract risks; Finally, Comrade Li Jianzhong, Director of the General Engineering Office, conducted an in-depth analysis of the "Problems and Improvement Measures in the Evaluation of Excellent Projects". He first summarized a series of common quality problems raised by relevant experts in the evaluation process of previous excellent projects. Secondly, in response to these common problems, he proposed strategies and plans to avoid similar problems in project construction.
This training not only covered the analysis of common leakage causes and quality control measures in hydraulic structures, but also shared knowledge of contract signing risks, as well as the exchange of problems and improvement measures in the evaluation of engineering projects. It involved a wide range of knowledge and a large amount of professional information. It not only deepened the skills and management level of project managers and project engineering technicians in the quality control, contract signing management, and evaluation of hydraulic structures, but also further improved the comprehensive technical management ability of the group company, laying a solid foundation for the stable and far-reaching development of the company.
