On December 30th, the Group held the 5th Second Congress of Workers and Trade Union Members in the conference room on the 4th floor of Building 3. The chairman of the trade union, Xu Hanyang, presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, the representatives reviewed and approved the "2024 Union Funds Review Report," "Overall Plan for the Group Company's Economic Responsibility System in 2025," "Group Company's Employee Education and Training Plan in 2025," "Implementation Plan for the Salary System Reform of Changzhou Municipal Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (Trial)," "2025 Collective Contract," and "2025 Special Collective Contract for Wages (Draft).

Finally, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group, Ai Wei, made a concluding speech, pointing out that standing at the forefront of the complex and ever-changing economic trend, we must recognize the situation and clarify our thinking.
